I mean you can take it of on Friday or Saturday but that won’t change a thing. Your break will still start tomorrow as your patch will no longer work. This means putting on a new one after that break ends. You either need to put on a new one to skip your break week (doesn’t guarantee you won’t bleed) or just have your break week. Choice is yours.
