Hello! I've messed up, and would like some advice 😅 About two weeks ago I started bleeding, it was 5 days too early. I had a guy over for the weekend so I took a pill after only 3 days of pause, instead of 4, because I wanted it to stop earlier. Now I'm on day 12 of the pill and started bleeding again. I know it was stupid to take a pill too early. What should I do? Continue with the pills or take another break?

So you ended your break week early? Not stupid or wrong at all to take a shorter break week. You can shorten your break week all you want you just can’t extend it. Irregular bleeding is a common side effect of the pill unfortunately. And can happen for no reason at all. It’s up to you but personally I would not take break weeks only 12 days apart. If you find you’re bleeding in the middle of packs quite regularly, it might be work looking to change pill brand. I personally experienced starting to bleed several days before the break week quite often on the pill, and from discussions here so have many others. So I’d say that’s pretty normal on the pill unfortunately.
