Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has experienced nipple pain before? I’ve had really sore nipples for 4 days now (not sore breasts). The day before they started hurting I was doing a lot of physical activity so I’m wondering if it could be chafe? Any solutions for this? I get really anxious about getting pregnant, I’ve been on birth control for about a year now and still use condoms with my partner to ease anxiety. I just had my period last week, but I keep reading nipple pain can be a sign of pregnancy 😅 looking to hear some thoughts

You’re using two birth control preventives, it’s impossible for you to get pregnant. Sore nipples are a normal side effect of birth control as well as your boobs growing.

if you’re taking your pills correctly then you’re protected- if you’re using condoms as well then you’re protected in two ways, it’s HIGHLY highly unlikely you’re pregnant if you’re using both forms of birth control correctly, it can be a side effect of birth control x

@Yopley_ Hi there, Nurse Marj here. Nipple pain shouldn’t be ignored. I suggest you get it checked out, I’ve had some severe issues with my breasts over the years and others told me not to worry about it, but for me it turned out to be cancer. I’m not saying you have cancer. I am saying to get pain or any sort checked out. Take care.
