I had sex around 16th July, I am on the mini pill and take it everyday without fail. I’m worried however that I wasn’t protected as the UK has had some heatwaves recently and it’s got as hot as 30 degrees. I’ve heard pills are ineffective due to the heat so I’m worried now.

Where do you store your pill? Many pill users live in places where it’s that hot most of the year so I wouldn’t be too concerned
