Hi, so ive been on mili bc for a few years now and have always taken my breaks. My birthdays coming up and my break/period is supposed to be right in the middle of it :( i wanted to have a pool party and sleep with my partner normally instead of having to lay a towel down or do it in the shower, so i was thinking of skipping my break for the first time this month. everyone’s different, skipping your break week could potentially stop the bleeding but it also could not. no harm in trying though?

just remember you’ll be a week short when you need a refill

me personally ive never had any breakthrough bleeding while skipping my break ^__^
