I would just make sure he's washed and cleaned and you've both used the bathroom before attempting that (to reduce risk of UTI or yeast infection.) My other concern would be that you need to be lubricated/aroused for him to fit inside you- but you won't stay that way long-term- so it could become uncomfortable when you get dry/removing him might hurt! Might be best to try it for just an hour or two rather than an entire night.

i think(!!) only way it could be unhealthy is if his urine goes into you or the sweat from both of you together could cause breeding for yeast infections (i’ve looked into this bcs i was interested in doing it too)

I think it could potentially be unsafe for the guy if you fall asleep and he is hard. Like if you move in your sleep I could see the risk of bending his penis if you know what i mean lol. Like I know it’s extremely painful for a guy during sex when he misses the vagina and it kind if bends his penis while he’s hard.

@kelps have done thks - its fine but he will not stay hard the whole time, so he wont be inside the whole time in my experience it doesnt hurt but always do what u feel is most comfortable
