I stopped taking my birth control pill in April (last one was 15th April) then I started bleeding on 24th April. I bled on and off for 20 days then I haven’t had a period since. I know the first bleed after coming off birth control is the withdrawal bleed so not a natural period, but I’m just wondering if this is normal to bleed on and off for 20 days? And then is it normal that I haven’t had a natural period since this withdrawal bleed? (It’s now 8th June)

Yes. It can take 9 months or even longer for your periods to fully adjust back to normal after stopping birth control.
