Why am I getting reminded to take my pill if I have it set for a break week?

Even though you are on ur break you are reminded just so that you can get into the habit of taking ur pill on time.

It just reminds you everyday. You can mute the notifs if you want and if you’re confident you’ll take them on time. I just always took my placebo at the exact same time too to stay in the habit.

@dragonflyy_f to be completely honest, I don’t need the app anymore but choose to have it still I take my pill early sometimes and sometime a little after my time I don’t forget my pills I don’t have placebo pills I do however have a medication I take 45 minutes before my pill so it that helps me take my BC
