Girls I really want to come off birth control,
I’ve been on it for 7 years.. for the past year I’ve been on the implant and the pill I’ve just had the implant out and still talking the pill but I feel like my body is telling me to come off it..
but I’m going travelling for year and ideally would like to not have a period staying in hostels etc I really don’t know what to do 😩

@onthepillxo just feel like I need a break from it I’m not using it for contraception reasons but worried about how I will be coming off it and I’m going travelling December

If you don't want to have to deal with periods then staying on the pill is best. That's one of the benefits of birth control, it's not just for contraception
