I'm going to be on holiday from the 28th-4th but today is my last day of the pill; 4 days to start my period brings me to the 29th when i will be traveling; i have really painful periods and i will also not be able to swim. this is my first full pack of ridgevidon i've taken two of the blister packs now; should i skip the week off and go straight to the third and final pack or can i not do that. i'm panicking a little bit i'm very nervous and i'm dreading this so any thoughts or suggestions help :(( thank you
