My doctor changed my pill from Microgynon to Cilique last week, as I'd been getting constant breakthrough bleeding and suggested a higher level of estrogen may stop this.
Little did I know that in the UK Cilique is out of stock until 2025 due to supply issue, and the alternative Lizinna is now also out of stock and the restock date keeps getting pushed back. I've got a 3 month supply left, but I'm not happy to be on a pill that keeps going out of stock so my doctor is calling me tomorrow to discuss other options.
I've done some research and come across the Evra patch which has very similar ingredients/dosage to Cilique. I've always been on the pill so I just wanted some reviews on whether the patch is any good?
Does it get in the way? I do a lot of dancing, swimming and I also love a long bath, I'm just concerned that even though it states you can still do those activities that it might still come off?
