Hello, im on the desogestrel pill, i take it everyday at 7pm but for some reason today i completely forgot and only just remembered to take it at 10:25pm. Am i still protected??

Desogestrel has a 12 hour window in which to take a pill so if you’re due to take your pill at 7pm, it’s not missed/your protection isn’t affected until you have not taken it by 7am the following morning.
So taking it at 10.30pm is perfectly fine and has no impact on your protection.
