is my uti related to squirting? this is the second time i’ve gotten a uti after squirting. can the infection be related to that or some other thing?

I highly doubt it. Usually utis happen when you don’t pee after sex and from bacteria entering the urethra.

Peeing does not guarantee you won’t get an UTI. I highly doubt it’s to do with squirting, but keep an eye on it. If you get 3 or more UTI’s in a year you should see a doctor as it would be a recurrent UTI. Make sure to finish your antibiotics and do not have sex when you have an infection as your partner can pass the bacteria back.

Are you particularly rough or is there something specific you have to do in order to make you squirt? Because lots of friction in that area could push bacteria up into your urethra. Or for example if you're using a toy that hasn't been cleaned properly.

If anything the squirting is probably helping cause it’s flushing out your urethra
