I’m going to rant for a second. I absolutely hate when people shame others for wanting to eat more than just vegetables to lose weight. IT IS NOT HEALTHY TO JUST COMPLETELY CUT YOURSELF OFF OF ALL THE FOODS YOU HAVE BEEN EATING. Carbs are good! Meat is good! Veggies are good! Fruits are good! Pasta is good! Eat whatever you want, just in proportions!
