I’ve been on the pill 10 years and my periods have been lighter and lighter over the years, but the past 2 month they have been extremely light. Like lasting 1 day and not even enough for a tampon or pad just very light pink when I wipe. This made me nervous and I’ve tested both months and was negative, is this normal?

Yes. Birth control is known too lighten “periods” over time. Remember that these aren’t real periods and they are not indicators of pregnancy. I didn’t have a period for 8 years with the IUD. Enjoy it!

Yes normal, one of the ways that birth control prevents pregnancy is by thinning the endometrial lining.
