I take my pill continually for the last 6months & yesterday when i wiped id a small dot of red . Same this morning . I put a pad on last night just incase but nothing only when i wipe. I feel like i have cramps to. Iv not had a breakthrough bleed on 7 months . Im on Microlite

For reference; Breakthrough bleeding occurs on active pills. Withdrawal bleeding occurs during break weeks. These are two different things.
