is it normal to smell down there after sweating? or after like 4 hours of wearing same underwear? i sweat so much down there and my butt and idk why 😭 it’s really annoying because i will change my underwear 2-3 times a day bc it makes me feel so gross.

Sweat will cause an odour. What kind of underwear are you using? It’s important the area can breathe

@Yi_eune i use victoria secret underwear, just regular underwear not thongs or anything so idk what it could be from

Check the label, it’s best to wear 100% cotton underwear. Cotton is one of the best materials for sweat.
