Hi! I have a question about how late/missed pills work. Here's a little background:
I normally take my pill every morning at 6 AM. I just finished my pill break, and was supposed to start a new pack at 6 am on the 28th. I thought I was meant to finish my pill break on the 29th, and didn't realize until just now (1:22 AM on the 29th). I took the first pill of the pack as soon as I realized my mistake, but I'm wondering whether it officially counts as a missed pill or not (since it hadn't been the full 24 hours when I took the pill) If anyone can let me know whether I should be using a condom for the next 7 days, or if my birth control is still effective, I'd really appreciate it.
