So I had unprotected sex a few days ago and I noticed now I have some brown discharge and blood. I did take 2 pills a few days ago because I was anxious that it melted in my mouth. Im wondering if thats the reason and if it’s an indication of my birth control not working?

If you doubled on pills then it’s a side effect of your pill girl.

The pill has a sugar coat, it’s normal for sugar to melt in your mouth. As long as you swallow it whole then you don’t need to double up. Doubling up can cause increased side effects. Irregular bleeding is also normal. I think it’s important to know that birth control doesn’t just randomly stop working. If it has worked then it will continue to do so (given you’re using it correctly).
