Hello! I’m starting Methylphenidate (ADHD meds) next week, and i was wondering if anyone could share their experiences on it? I’ve seen lots online and a lot of different reviews of how it affected people positively and negatively so i’m not sure what to expect. Thanks in advance :)

For me, it made me really sleepy lol and I lost my appetite- didn’t really help with my concentration at all tbh but it just depends on the person!! Best of luck to you, hopefully you have a better experience than me haha
