Hi, So I had sex last night for the first time in a very long time and I take my birth control every day but I had to take it an hour earlier for a couple of days this week due to some things that I couldn’t control. Would that affect the effectiveness? Should I take a plan b as well? Sorry I am a bit of an over thinker as well so just want to make sure.

An hour doesn’t make a difference for any form of birth control. Plan b is not necessary.
