Does anybody else find themselves doomscrolling about birth control failure online?? lol. I’ve been doing really good research and trusting but I’ll find myself deleting social media apps bc I flood my feed with like “Pregnant on Nexplanon!” or “Pregnant on IUD/Pill/Dep/Patch” and be like omg that’s gonna happen to me! lol…

I never see birth control related things on my socials as it’s not something I look for. Keeping your algorithm clear is key

^^ completely agree, whenever i see it comments are FILLED with misinformation so i just hit not interested on them now, it just scares people
