I accidentally took an 8 day break because of the holidays. Anyways, am I protected on the 7th day of consecutive pills or should I wait until the next day/8th day of pills to be protected?

What does your pamphlet say about missing a pill in week 1? Most combined pills allow for a missed pill anywhere in the pack.
If it says you’re unprotected you will be so u til you’ve taken a total of 7 days/8 pills correctly.
