Does taking pill packs back to back without a break increase the risk of breakthrough bleeding

It can cause heightened side effects but it’s a matter of adjusting to it as well

What are the heightened side effect? Just wondering I’ve been taking back to back for 5 months . I’m lucky Iv had no breakthrough bleeding. I do find closer to the break week i should have my hormones are all over the place . But started taking zenflore over a month ago & seems to have calmed me
