When I take my break week I get the worst headaches, it’s sometimes debilitating and I have no choice but to go to sleep which is very inconvenient. I get slight cramping but the headaches are consistently on the first/second day of my pill break and then can vary after. I am slightly worried about it as this has been the case for around 3/4 months, does anyone have any advice? 💤💤💊💊 Brand: Rigevidon

I would talk to your doctor about it and consider skipping your breaks

Maybe try skipping your breaks and see if that helps, if you think it might be a migraine I’d talk to your doctor and talk about options
