@onthepillxox I am saying you should check whether you’re okay before having sex, as preventing is much more effective.
I have autism myself and if you don’t fully trust your pill you should really be adding condoms to your routine, as pulling out does absolutely nothing in terms of protection.
If you you often struggle with overthinking and second guessing yourself I recommend seeking out a therapist that is specialised in overthinking and neurodivergence. They aren’t going to “fix” you but they can help you cope with these things and take back control. I did it myself and it helped a lot.
