At what point should I be worried about pain during/after sex and bleeding after. Not sure if it’s something I should be concerned about or just because my partner is quite rough. I also bloat and have cramp afterwards

It’s not normal to bleed or for sex to be painful. If you’re receiving adequate foreplay then you should see a doctor.
