I take the Jasmiel 24/4 Birth control. My 4 day break started august 27th and I then proceeded with my new pack on September 3rd. I started bleeding august 30th and haven’t stopped bleeding even tho I’ve taken 8 pills, should I be concerned?

no, irregular bleeding at any time is very common on the pill and nothing to worry about.
