Hi everyone, I am meant to be starting my POP pill on the first day of my period. My period is due today, and I have had a very small amount of spotting but not proper bleeding… I am not sure whether to start tonight or tomorrow when my bleeding properly starts.

It doesn’t really matter, the mini pill is effective after the 3rd pill taken correctly anyway.
