Hello!! Small question. I’ve been on birth control since December 2022 and I’ve never had problems with it before. I have consistently taken them perfectly on time.
I’ve started trying to work out at least two times a week since September, and I had a particularly intense work out today. I just got home and noticed I was spotting a little bit. I’m 2 active pills away from my break week and this is my first time spotting like this.
I got kind of nervous but I read online that spotting is normal, and also that intense workouts affect the hormones responsible for your menstrual cycle. Since I’m 2 days away from my break week anyway, I figured that could also contribute to it.
I was just kind of wondering if this is okay? Just trying not to totally overreact lol.
