I started the mini pill desogestrel called zletta in September and have almost finished my two packs and i got another pack of desogestrel, however they prescribed me a different type. Will it mess with my hormones and will i be unprotected while switching? My birth control has helped me alot with my mental health and mood swings so im worried switching will change that

Check the active ingredients and dosage. There’s multiple brands that have 75mcg of desogestrel, they’re all essentially the same thing. Cerazette, Cerelle and Zletta are the most common brand names I see mentioned here
