hi!! i’m supposed to go to a concert on june 29th but my placebo pills also start that day. the last thing i want to happen is that i start my period at the concert. should i skip a day? is that safe? what’s the best plan here D:

Hi there! I think it depends - if you’re on the combine pill you could discuss with your doctor if you’d be able to take it continuously, but it will likely be better to take the placebo and use menstrual products in case your period starts!

You could try skipping your placebo week completely but it's not guaranteed to stop your bleeding so just bring products just on case. It's not "better" or worse to take your placebo week vs. skip it, it's totally up to your preference and what works best for your body
