does anyone else’s app say “you’ve been inconsistent with time, take pills on time for maximum effectiveness” i have all my pills set maybe 2 hours off the normal time. will this mess with my effectiveness or is that true?

The app is not reliable in telling you information on how to take your pill correctly. You need to manually change the settings, as this app has been abandoned by the developers. We haven’t had a proper update in years. Refer back to your pamphlet to see whether you took your pills correctly and on time. No pill has less than 3 hour usage window.

^ this app is not reliable or up to date. Change the usage window of time and on time tolerance settings. Although I think if you take a pill more than an hour before your reminder time the app says you’re inconsistent even though it makes no difference and there’s no reason for it to say that 🤷🏻‍♀️

@bluerose9 yeah it does say that when you take it early, it’s so stupid. The implant isn’t available as a method either. I’ve had to set it like I am not on any birth control and just use my phone’s calendar to track how long I’ve had it for 😅

@Yi_eune so silly!! The implant is so common there’s no reason not to have it especially when they have an IUD option
