i know nose bleeds are common but i’ve never had one before and i woke up this morning with a nose bleed, not a lot just a little runny and dried up. i do sleep with a fan on, but i looked it up and it says it could be a sign of pregnancy. i am on birth control and have been for almost 2 years, me and my boyfriend use condoms, sometimes every once and a while we won’t but we won’t fully finish, we will do it without a condom for about 2 mins or so then he will put a condom on. i do take my birth control everyday but sometimes i am a few hours late on taking it

Is it getting colder where you live? Could just be the drier air. There are so many other common causes of nosebleeds besides pregnancy

@aurielle yes a lot colder, it’s just weird bc i’ve never had a nosebleed

Did you sleep in a different position than normal? Sometimes if your head isn't propped up, it can dry out your nasal passages and then you can have a nosebleed. Did you use any nasal sprays? Some of them dry out your nose too. If it continues, try using a humidifier at night. Dry air may not have bothered you before, but things change and it can bother you now

Also, what type of pill are you on? Depends on if it's a combination pill or not, taking it a few hours is fine
