so I I am almost done with my first pack of birth control using pirmella 1/35 and I have been using it for pcos and I still haven’t noticed any spotting or anything I just get cramps allooot especially in my butt for some reason ... should I be getting a period or is it just too early in ?

You don’t get periods on the pill because you don’t ovulate on the pill. Any bleeding is just a side effect and it’s normal to not bleed too.
