@Yi_eune it says If you have been taking the beige active tablets for 7 uninterrupted days and miss a beige active tablet, take the missed tablet as soon as you remember, then go back to taking your Pill as you would normally, even if this means taking two tablets in one day, at the same time. You should still be protected against pregnancy. The chance of pregnancy after missing a beige active tablet depends on when you missed the tablet. There is a higher risk of becoming pregnant if you miss a tablet at the beginning or end of a pack. If you have been taking the beige active tablets for less than 7 days and miss a beige active tablet, take the missed tablet as soon as you remember, then go back to taking your Pill as you would normally, even if this means taking two tablets in one day, at the same time. In addition, you must also use additional barrier contraceptive precautions (e.g. condoms or a diaphragm) for the next 7 days. If you have had sexual intercourse in the preceding 7 days, there is a possibility of pregnancy and you may need emergency contraception. You should discuss this with your doctor or pharmacist.

@Yi_eune I’ve been taking it consistently for 7 days but I was near the end of my pack when I missed it. Does that mean I’m protected or not???? Sorry just confused

@Bunnika it says to skip your break week. Same advice I gave on your previous post. If you don’t trust that just use condoms until you’re protected again, so 7 full days (this can also be found in this section). It would maybe be a good idea to use condoms until you become more familiar with your birth control. User error is the main reason for unexpected pregnancies, what’s why it is so important to understand your birth control fully before you start relying on it for contraception. Another idea is to look at a semi-permanent method so you don’t have to remember to take your pills. Semi-permanent methods usually have a higher succes rate as user error is much less likely.

@Yi_eune I’m not really asking on what to do this time, I’m gonna skip my break yeah. I’m asking this time when I’m protected again. It says I am still protected even if I skip it a if I’ve been taking it consistently 7 days before, but it also says that my risk is higher if I’m at the end of my pack (which I am)

@Bunnika that’s what I’m saying though.. you don’t have to do anything else because you do not lose protection if you skip your break week. If it makes you feel better use condoms until you’re familiarised with your birth control. Your instructions would specify if you had to do anything else. And they don’t.
