I had shower sex last night and after we’re done, I raised my vulva REALLY well but… I forgot to pee last night and the next time I peed was this morning? Do you guys think the rinsing was enough? Im freaking out cause I absolutely hate uti’s.

that should be fine! it’s just about preventing the bacteria from going up the urethra
