Do you mean the discharge is like underneath your clitoris hood? Like when you pull the skin back you see it’s white? If yes then yes it’s normal I believe it’s called Smegma, you can just hop in the shower to clean that off it’s just dead skin cells.

You can't get discharge from the clitoris as it has no opening unless it's really infected or something. If like @seechell said it's in that area it could be smegma or discharge from your vagina that's traveled
