So my current boyfriend is planning on going away for 3 months for work and we recently had this talk where he said to me that no matter what happens between us, he wants us to stay in touch and not to ignore each other. He is the first person to ever treat me right but if it will end between us I won’t be able to see him again without bursting tears. If you both just keep healthy communication going over distance those 3 months will be over in no time. Set video dates for yourself and remember to live your life while he is away. I don’t think you have any reason to distrust your relationship from what you’ve said here.

^ have things like dates and phone calls planned. Also make solo plans and plans with friends, don’t sit around miserable, go out and live your life as normal. 3 months will fly and this challenge is definitely strengthen your relationship.
