Heyyy i have a question its my first time on bc and i finished my first pack im on a combination pill and also did my 7 day pause and today is the 8 day i used to take them everyday at 16:30 but i figured it doesn’t really workout with my schedule and was wondering if i csn start the new pack but take them earlier like in the morning?

Taking them at 8 is fine and you can continue to do that without worry

@sebby bleeding on your break week doesn’t matter because it’s not an actual period and doesn’t mean anything. Lots of people don’t bleed on their break weeks and that’s completely normal, as long as you’ve taken your pills within your usage window and they aren’t being affected by anything you are covered
