Hey everyone!
I’m new to taking the combination pill and not really sure how the 7 day break works… I took the last one today (13th) at 8pm and the app says my next one is in 8 days (21st), but I think that exceeds the 7 day break??? Is this correct or should my new pack begin on the 20th?? 😩

I personally only hold off on the pill for 3 or 4 days so I can start my new pack earlier but it’s up to you if you want to follow what is exactly on your pamphlet.

So you should have 7 full active pill free/no pill days. And then you’re starting your new pack on the 8th day after the last active pill.
As said above you can end your break week early if you like, but make sure you have enough prescriptions to get extra pill packs to allow for that.
