Read your pamphlet. The Alysena pamphlet I found online says this:
“…if two consecutive withdrawal bleeds are missed, tablet taking should be discontinued and a non-hormonal back-up method of contraception should be used until the possibility of pregnancy is excluded. Pregnancy must be ruled out before COC use is continued.”
Check your pamphlet yourself and see if it’s the same as the one I found. If it is, take a pregnancy test to be safe. I wouldn’t be super worried if you take it correctly, but follow the instructions of your specific pill.
