Hey so I am going to travel to a country that has a 5 hour time difference than mine for a month what should I do with the pill?

My pill is a very low dose and my doctor said I should take it at the same time everyday

Every pill has a usage window. As long as you take it in it’s usage window you’ll have no problems. Taking it at the same time every day may reduce side effects.

@Yarissa_ you can find it in your pamphlet missed pills section. If you have a 3 or 12 hour window it will specify it there. If it doesn’t mention either of those times and it doesn’t tell you that you need a backup method when you miss one singular pill then you should have a 24 hour window.
