ENDOMETRIOSIS 🚨: I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis. I’m a little paranoid because I have the worst leg cramps and pelvic pain but no period right now. I also have white tissue paper like discharge. I’m asking if anyone experiences this and if it’s normal. ❤️ And what are your Endo treatment hacks right now?

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis. It's understandable to feel paranoid, but it's great that you're reaching out for support. Leg cramps, pelvic pain, and unusual discharge can be common symptoms of endometriosis. It's always a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider to discuss your symptoms and concerns. As for treatment hacks, some people find relief through dietary changes, exercise, heat therapy, and mindfulness practices. It's important to work closely with your healthcare team to find a treatment plan that works best for you. Remember, you're not alone in this journey. Take care! ❤️

I just wanted to say your message made me really reassured. It’s so nice having this group to openly talk about everything. I don’t know any people suffering with endo. So do you think the white discharge is normal? The tissue like discharge.
