hi, so the clocks went back 1 hour yesterday and it’s made me really nervous about my pill. I’ve only been on it for 3 weeks ish so it’s still pretty new to me and i’ve been taking it at 6pm on the dot every day. So my alarm went off at 6 as per and i took it then my boyfriend mentioned the time difference and it really confused me. Am i still protected??

Yes you are fine. One hour doesn’t make a difference, also our bodies can’t detect the time change

no pill has a timeframe of less than three hours, an hour is fine x
