hey yall i’m about to switch from sprintec 0.250mg/0.035mg to loryna (yaz) 3mg/0.2mg. the dosage seems quite different, if i start the pack as normal will i be protected or would i have to wait a week? also, this is my first time switching brands so should i expect gnarly side effects as if im starting birth control? anyone switched between these two brands, how’d it go for you? thanks in advance!

Definitely double check your pamphlet to see what they recommend but generally speaking after you finish your active pills a lot of the time people will start taking the new pack right away skipping the placebo pills BUT again double check your pamphlet
