Some ways to help with bloating going for a walk if you are able to. Yoga. Drink more water and less soda or other carbonated drinks. Try not to chew too much gum. Exercise. You could try taking probiotics. Paeppermint tea, ginger, pineapple, parsley, Asparagus, mangoes, bananas, spinach, tomatoes, Quinoa, Salmon, Almonds, Papaya, Avocados, Cucumbers. Limit salt intake. Eat fruits with skin. Eat water heavy fruits like watermelon. Leafy lettuce like romaine lettuce, spinach, and kale. Limit sugar free foods.
