i’m getting so so sick of my job. i called out today because i wasn’t feeling well. literally puking my brains out and one of my coworkers messaged me that they’re trying to find replacements for me and a few other workers 😐 like, i bust my a** to barely even make a livable wage. i can barely pay rent, can barely afford groceries. the management treats everyone like absolute garbage and talks sh*t about everyone behind their backs. and apparently, “i don’t care about the job anymore, my attendance is crap” which is NOT true at all omg. i just got the highest amount of credit apps for the whole month out of the whole store, i rarely call out or show up late. i’m so tired of it guys 🥲

Have you and your coworkers ever discussed unionizing?

i joked about it once but so many people are already leaving. would it even be worth talking about it then?

i really do want to leave but i want to make sure i have a job lined up already. i did have an interview as an infant/toddler teacher! im just waiting to hear back from them.
