Hi! I've just finished my first round of rigevidon and currently on my 4 day break, I was completely fine throughout the month no side effect etc. It's day 2 and I've begun my "break through bleed" and my God, I have never experienced cramps like this ever! It feels worse than a normal period cramp, just without the nausea. Has anyone else experienced painful cramps during their break? I was told by my doc this would help ease my period pain but now I'm wondering if it's even worth it :(

It can take at least 3 months to fully adjust to the pill. You may experience unwanted side effects during the adjustment period, I personally also experienced a very painful break week when I started the pill.
