Hey guys, I’ve heard a lot about spotting being normal when you take the mini pill at the beginning but how cautious should i be about this? should i be wearing a pad/liner whenever i go out for the first couple months or not bother? bleeding through is probably one of my biggest fears especially at school haha

I wouldn't bother, just carry supplies with you in case it happens. Don't use liners unnecessarily, as that can actually cause more discharge, discomfort and irritation. Spotting would generally be just very light bleeding, you would probably sense it and will appear when you wipe or on your underwear. It's not a bad idea to keep some supplies or an extra pair of underwear and/or leggings that you could keep in your bag or locker for emergency situations.

^ extra supplies and underwear are good! in school i had a kit in a little zip-up makeup bag i’d keep in my backpack. i also suggest including a ziplock or small garbage bag, to put bloody underwear in if you have any accidents.
